post 3 - Monday

Today, we visited the Athens more in detail. First we went to the Acropolis, and more importantly, the Parthenon. It's a really old temple dedicated to the goddess Athena. It's present on every postcard of Greece. I liked it a lot, because of all of it's- history. It was a lot bigger than I thought it would be! The only thing I didn't like was all the scafoldings from the restoration. After we went to Cape Sounion. It's a cape looking at the sea, where a temple to Poseidon was erected. I really loved it because even though it was just a small temple, it had something magical about it. Coming back to Glyfada, we all went to Starbucks, and then beach.
